I'm an American studying abroad and will be graduating in March. I curious to know what's the job market is like in CO for new BSN Grads? I'm from CA and as you know the job market there is in the dumps so I'm considering moving to CO. Any Advise?
PS: I'm bilingual (English & Spanish) & Male. Don't know if that would improve my odds???

The job market in CO for new grads is not great but yes, being male, bilingual and BSN will give you an advantage. Most hospitals generally hire new grads 1-2x per year. I would recommend making sure you have a job first before relocating.
Thanks for your reply. I've just read another post from a new grad in CO that is moving to TX. So I guess Texas here I come.
