Ambulatory Care Certification Textbook Anyone?

I am making this shout out for a friend who wishes to become certified in Ambulatory Care (not ambulatory surgery)-but outpatient care. At the moment, we cannot find a textbook that she can study from, so, I am asking my extended nursing family at AN if anyone knows of a link, web site or title. I cannot find in Amazon.com, or Barnes and Noble.
