H, I'm a new grad working in an Agecare facility with lot of Indians who constantly speak and gave handover in their language. One day, while having a staff meeting, I asked if it was right to give handover in language other than English? Since then I have been labeled as "bad" and my shift have been taken away and given to another Indian who is related to the nurse manager. Currently the nurse manager is in charged of roster and she is Indian. What should I do, is very hard at the moment to get job as a new grad. 0 Likes
