Always fail on Selection Criteria, please help me!

Here is the questions

I am always confused on this questions, how do i write answers for these questions to prove my ability!

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

* Demonstrated recent post-registration experience in an acute care environment, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including knowledge and skills in the use of information technology systems.

* An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of a Registered Nurse.

* Competent computer literacy.

* An understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), infection control, manual handling and continuous quality improvement principles.

* A comprehensive understanding of the CORE Values of NSW Health, and an implementation of these values in ones own practise as a Registered Nurse.

* Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.

Good day, Key Selection criteria are addressed in essay form. It is important that your answer can satisfy what the criteria is looking for, give examples to strengthen your response.

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

* Demonstrated recent post-registration experience in an acute care environment, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Have worked for xxxxx hospital for a period of xxx in the xxxx unit providing direct care for patients and functioning as a liaison between the patient and the health team in coordinating care. It helps a lot if your experience matches the position advertised as vacant.

Alternatively, if you come from overseas and have no post reg experience, you can try and include that in here although make it clear that the experience comes from overseas.

* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including knowledge and skills in the use of information technology systems.

Proficient in the English Language with professional level mastery as per the International English Language System. Has worked in a diverse multicultural setting with English as the main medium of communication in xxxxxx (or if none, put your placement hospital here). Knowledgeable with xxxxxxx (whatever e-health system you've tried or if none, put in the Microsoft Office suite, I'm sure you're proficient with those eh?)

* An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of a Registered Nurse.

Practices within the professional scope of nursing, provide a brief example where you made sure you didn't go out of scope.

* Competent computer literacy.

Just say that you were trained in computers as part of your course and that you use the computer for productivity

* An understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), infection control, manual handling and continuous quality improvement principles.

Write that you believe in these values and why they are important to you

* A comprehensive understanding of the CORE Values of NSW Health, and an implementation of these values in ones own practise as a Registered Nurse.

Read about their values and say that these are aligned with yours

* Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.

Give an example from your previous employer where you displayed these values.

Make.sure that you provide actual example. If a selection criteria says "demonstrate" or similar you must provide actual examples.

So if say it says "demonstrate an understanding of ethical and legal practice" you can't​ say, I am ethical and practice in a legal manner. It has to be more along the lines of " I practice in an ethical manner such was when XYZ happened​ and I did ABC"
