Alternative Format is a nightmare

If the NCLEX were 90% multiple choice I would pass it in a heartbeat, but all the people I've talked to have said that alternative format is at least 1/3 of the test. When it comes to SATA questions I almost always get them WRONG! I think it might cause me to fail.

Does anyone have any tips? I know about looking at them as true/false and I've studied so much content but I always leave out one or pick one too many. It just feels impossible :(
