Hi everyone! Just wanted to start this thread for everyone applying to the AHS Fall '24 new grad cohort so we can get to know each other and share updates. I just applied for obstetrics and received an email back with supplemental questions yesterday. I'm an external candidate but have always wanted to work at Highland so hope it works out! I received mine 5 days after applying!

I know there are multiple requisitions and applications for the same position, did you guys apply to all of the requisitions you were interested or only one for each unit?

I applied to all the requisitions that I was interested in.

I am an external, applied to all 20+ positions?! Received email regarding Psyc unit only for questionnaire and my info (school, degree, years of RN exp, etc) 

So, what's the next step? Should I continue to apply other new grad positions within AHS? I saw some med surg positions posted today!

I would say just apply. It doesn't hurt to give another try

I never got the questionnaire via email from a specific unit, but I got a call from a recruiter asking me about preferences, etc. I don't know if there's a difference. Is there anyone in the same situation?

Yours is even better! U got a call!

I just keep checking it daily and only one of the 20s applications changed the status from Thank You to Reviewed

Anyone have any updates for the step-down unit?

Has anyone been given an interview yet for AHS for any of the positions at all? I received supplemental questions last Monday and have not heard anything since. Getting anxious, but trying to be patient.
