Hi everyone! Just wanted to start this thread for everyone applying to the AHS Fall '24 new grad cohort so we can get to know each other and share updates. I just applied for obstetrics and received an email back with supplemental questions yesterday. I'm an external candidate but have always wanted to work at Highland so hope it works out! Good luck everybody, we got this!💗

Has anyone heard anything or heard back from the NICU day shift position? Whether it's a rejection or an offer. It still says that it's still active for me. I am trying to be hopeful but slowly losing hope😔

My application still says active as well! I got a call from the recruiter on Wednesday asking if I had my NRP certification, but that's the most I've heard from them. He said we're most likely going to hear back by mid week next week. The wait is killing me too 😞 Hopefully there's spots for the both of us 🥺
