You need to be a US Citizen to be a Commissioned Officer in the US military. You need at least an ADN to be a nurse in the Army Reserves, and a BSN for the AF.
Your only choice would be to join as an enlisted member.
lets say i will be citizen in 6 months. so whats my chances and what are benefits of joining reserve?

green card holder.
hi ali, i am a german native, and now a us citizen....i am researching the same topics and have talked to an air force and army nursing recruiter....
q1:what is my chances to get into military reserve? the reserves are in need for nurses...so the chances are good
q2: air force vs army reserve well...i only have a adn and a bs not a bsn, the air force will not take me as a nurse officer, also my 2 years as ed nurse will not count unless i have experience as a bsn. the army will take me as a adn nurse and will count my experiences. so i started the paperwork for the army today.
q3: what is the chances getting commision? and what rank? if medically cleared i will be a 1lt. but you also need to be a citizen to be commissioned, you can join as an enlisted as a legal alien.
q4: is reservist allowed for promotion in rank? if yes what is timeline for that. yes, i think 18 month from o1 to o2
q5: is commision transferable from nurse corps to medical corps? i do not know...sorry
the army also seems to have more choices for me, they operate the hospitals in germany, hope that helps
