Hi,
I have been working as an RN for a year now and I have been wanting to work in aesthetic nursing doing Botox/filler in a med spa setting preferably. I have been given 2 job opportunities, one is doing laser hair removal as an RN, and the other is to work in plastic/cosmetic surgery. For those who work as a nurse in the aesthetic field doing Botox/filler, do you recommend accepting one over the other? If so, which one and why?

I've had a few friends accept med spa jobs, then come running back to the hospital. From what they said, it was commission-based and low-paying. This was in Los Angeles, too.
I don't know anyone who works in plastic surgery, and I don't have any personal experience with either.
