Immigration to USA with NO MONEY

  1. Hi. I'm looking for an agency to help me to immigrate to USA as a RN for no fees. I heard about some companies sponsor nurses (pay all the expenses) and find a job in hospital for client. Then they take a fraction of nurse's salary for a year or two, when he/she started to work as a RN in hospital. Do you know where can I find such these companies?

That sounds like something that might have happened "back in the day" when shortages were severe. All I hear about are problems with people getting sponsored, these days. Your goal might be a lofty one, but I wish you luck.

There are several companies like Avant Healthcare Professionals, Passport USA and O'Grady Peyton that currently sponsor RNs to the US. The terms & conditions are different from one to another and you'll have to figure out for yourself which company is the best for your needs. I'm with Avant and I know about 50 colleagues around the world who are at different stages in the process.

With Avant you'll get an employment agreement for 3 years if you still need to take the NCLEX (2 years if you're already licensed in the US). As with the others, they'll sponsor an EB-3 visa, which leads to permanent residency (aka Green Card). I've only paid for my IELTS and small fees to obtain different documents. When I move to the US, I'm expected to have the usual savings for renting an apartment, paying utilities and buying stuff for the apartment. There's also a third party involved to make an auto loan available to an immigrant.

Good luck! It's a bit of an arduous process that requires patience...

Very possible to find a company that will pay immigration fees to get you in country but you also need a place to stay before you start work and these immigration fees would not include your family but your family would be included in the immigrant petition. Depends on what country you were born as to the availability of an immigrant visa. Have you passed the NCLEX, which includes your education credentialing, English Exam, and are you holding a visa screen?
