Immigration Requirements for Australia and New Zealand

Hi guys! All your inputs will be much appreciated, especially those who have experience in applying for visitor's visa subclass 600.
I'm for Castlemaine June 3 intake. I've lodged my visa last Friday, April 26. I received SMS today stating that AUS embassy received my application. I don't have medical notice yet. My questions are:
1. How long does it take for me to receive a notice to undergo medical exam?
2. Do I have sufficient time till the commencement of my program? (June 3)
3.What's the average waiting time for subclass 600 based on your experience?
4. Any possible classmates?

My friend lodged her application first week of april.received notice for medical around april 18 and did thr medical april l 21. She's still waiting for her visa

Hi!
It's really frustrating waiting for the visa to be released. I lodged my application last March 15 and had my medicals last March 25. It has already been more than a month and the deadline for the submission of a copy of my visa to ACN will be on May 3. I hope I will receive my visa this week.

Do you have any issues with your medicals?

Did you follow-up with the embassy?

My friend is still waiting for her visa and her documents being forwarded to global health australia for clearance is taking a slower pace than expected, I hope they will reconsider.

I am wishing and praying that all visa decision letter will arrive this week.

Just want to share my timeline..

March 22 - 456 visa lodged

March 26 - received notice for medical exam per email

April 4 --- medical exam at nationwide (cebu)

April 22 -- visa approved (Praise God!)

April 23-- visa received via air 21 courier.

Hope you would receive your visas real soon too.

we have the same timeline until medical exam..and until now, i havent receive my visa.. i have a friend whom we did everythng together, she reveived her visa last april 20.. its all in God's hands now..

i wish there's a way to check the status online, though; even for those who didn't lodge the application online. maybe in the future.

I just called DIAC awhile ago to follow up my visa application. Since my intake will commence really soon (May 13), I was told that a request by my medical officer was sent to Global Health that my case is urgent. Furthermore, the DIAC officer told me that Global Health is already assessing medical results sent on late February to March 26. So for those who are waiting for their visas to be released, let us all be patient and be optimistic. Prayers can move mountains. He will never leave us..
