Hi Im jovie, I am foreign nursing graduate from the PH, now i am here in florida and have my green card, I want to persue my carrer in here in florida but iam already frustrated becuase i dont even know where to start, nobody cant help me how to start my applictaion here for NCLEX-Rn exam.,,,i just want to have a a step by step procedure, some people told me apply for cgfns 1st some people told me i dont need it coz i already have amy visa and ssn...and i am already permanent resident of florida can somebody help me here... pls pls pls i really really need a help

hello suzane,please i need a guide if im doing right?help me, Im also graduated my BS nursing in the Philippines.I dont have license there because Im already here in Florida as a permanent resident visa.I contact one of accredited credential evaluation agency and they told me to request my transcrip to the school back home to send to them my TOR so that they can evaluate my credentials.my question are can

I take the exam without passing the board there in Philippines? do i need to take language proficiency like IELTS?how & when im going to apply in BON do i need to contact my school again to apply for that exam?

Hello jovie,hi I'm hoping that u will gonna make it by this time.by the way I'm almost the same with your status but I'm just starting to do all the things that you did.could u help me to give some guide how u apply for the exam.? I'm also living here in Florida .I'm done with my request of doc.and send it to evaluation agency .please tell me more about it! I'm also pinay.Here is my text now number 5618192818

hi...im new here..i graduated nursing 1998 in the philippines,my questions are can i still take nclex?or do i need to go to a refresher course?need help!....

You need to decide which state you want to live in and apply to the BON.If you meet their requirements you will be able to write the NCLEX.If you are not a US citizen you will need a Green Card which takes about 6 years.
