    Regardless whether direct hire or agency the timeline is the same and depends on date of PD and place of birth. Check out US visa bulletin for current month via EB3. This is presuming you mean hiring

    Filipino nurses are fired in the same manner as other nurses.

    After filing at minimum 18 months for the Philippines as it stands today. There could be other delays as USCIS has been issuing many RFE's. Request for Evidence and many times for no good reasons!
