ey markpaul, did you also apply for the CAS? Please tell us your situation.. Thanks for the reply Joeturtle. Yes, I'm reviewing for IELTS now and I'll be taking it on March or April. After that, once I get my PRC license I will start processing my application. I'll check out the references that you gave in the forum. Good luck in your PART B Challenge. I'm sure you can do it! By the way, when are you leaving for Aussie for that part of the test? Update us on your success!!

Just look at NCLEX reviewers and that's it. The exam was very similar to NCLEX, especially the 4th part which is on clinicals. I will be taking the Part B one day challenge test this summer. I really hope someone will post their experience with this exam in this forum so I will have some idea on what to expect.

so does it mean, that in multiple choice, there could be more than one answer if the CAS is similar to NLCEX?

is it quiet tricky?

are going to take the PART B this march or april?

thanks

ey guys! i have a quick question to all of you. Is faster to apply for initial registration in Manila instead of the regional offices? I live in Iloilo and it took my sister 6 months before she got her license. Her friend in manila got it in about a month. She's encouraging me to register in manila. YOu guys think that's a sound idea?

I want to go the quickest route. I want to work in Aussie ASAP. heheh tnx guys!

I still did not apply for CAS, my mom wants me the 2 year Nursing course from ACU National.

hey markpaul, to go through that course is expensive right? why don't you try the CAS program? If you won't pass, you would still get their modules. So might as well try it right? I mean, what if you pass? Doesn't that save you a lot of trouble and money as well? not to mention time?

I'm taking part B this april and yes, just like NCLEX, it is tricky so adequate preparation is a must.

That is true, registering in Manila will allow you to receive your license much faster.

I received my Offer Letter from the Australian Catholic Univercity (ACU) National. Instead of the 1 year Nursing Bridging Program, it granted me a 2-Year Nursing course. It costs about AU$33,000. I dont know if Im gonna accept it. Im tired now of starting back to zero.

Hi markpaul, what is the IELTS score requirement if you intend to study the 2 year nursing course with ACU?

Hi Joeturtle ^^

First of all, thank you for being very helpful to us about a CAS program. Good luck in your part B challenge as well. I maintain that you can pass it. ^^

By the way, I would like to ask you after QNC review my application, how long QNC ask me to send them my IELTS score? within 3 months?

I took my first IELTS and I didn’t pass it in writing part. I have to take it again and it makes me worried about time frame to send my score to QNC.

Hi patsy_th

You are correct, the QNC requires that you have your IELTS results sent to them within 3 months after they have informed you that your qualifications have been assessed or they will close your file. God bless on your IELTS exam.

I would also recommend to those interested with this program to achieve the required IELTS scores first before lodging your application to QNC.

Hi chocochips,

I wish you well in your review for the exams. I also hope you have checked the background of the consultancy especially that there is a lot of money involved. Do they offer a job contract or do they only assist you in looking for a job?
