"Individuals in the United States will not be eligible to file the Adjustment of Status Application (Form I-485) unless they previously filed an I-140 petition on October 1, 2005 or earlier. Initial concurrent filings of the I-140 and I-485 will be temporarily unavailable beginning November 1, 2006.
"Pending Adjustment of Status applications for Nurses and Physical Therapists in the United States will remain pending until additional immigrant visas become available (unless the I-140 was filed before October 1, 2005). The Nurse or Physical Therapist will be able to remain in the United States and eligible to obtain employment authorization during this time."

hello... mine was actually mailed last sept 29 and have not received anything also...

di u know which centre are ur filed?I dont know mine and what does ur lawwyer says/ any idea when will we get ead ?

By the way which visa are you in,I am in H4.

My all 4 petitions: 140, 485, 765, 131 were filed on Aug 17/2006. Got all 4 receipts on Aug 27. PD is Aug 21.

If you can get the EAD, it will not be revoked, and you can continue to work with it. Unless, you become in violation of one of the rules for it.

I am RN (ADN) and I have BS in Information Management. Can i put across my name RN, BS?

Why not. Nurses who put BS instead of BSN dont have their BS in Nursing, they just have BS. Same goes for MS and MSN. I am sure i can put BS next to RN, because BS means I have Bachelor's and I do. :nono:
