I finished all of my nursing classes and clinicals over three years ago. I completed my BSN late last year because of health issues. Now I have begun to study for NCLEX using the Kaplan Review. I realize that my knowledge base is not what it was. Also the things I learned in clinicals have left me. I am looking for suggestions on what is the best way to go forward. I was considering going back to a university and trying to take a class or two. Which one would I take? I am just unsure as to which way to move forward now that I am not in the structured academic learning setting. The road is challenging ahead but becoming an RN will be worth it in the end. Your input is appreciated.

Look into Hurst Review. It focuses more on content than Kaplan. It's like nursing school condensed into 4 days.
