I'm in my bachelor degree right now. I'm alredy looking into getting my masters in future. What is the starting pay for nurse practitioner (fnp) in Ohio? Hospital setting
You will find Ohio starting to not allow FNPs to work in hospitals very soon. So if that's your goal, you are better off going with acute care np. From what I gauged when interviewing a few months ago, entry level inca rural clinic outside Columbus was about 90+k depending on how you negotiate.
TBH NP's make not much more than RN's. My son has a BSN and works in a major metro city. While he does overtime, he is making more than me.
