I'm a new grad just getting ready to negotiate bonuses. 30% or more of my practice is cash based services and the rest is billable by insurance. How would you want your bonuses structured? Two bonuses.... one for production and one on cash services? We do not have a high base salary. I work for an integrative practice (medical/chiro/rehab) most patients are seeking chiropractic but I am starting to get a good PCP following too. All patients come through medical first just FYI. Look on clinical reviews dot com. Their December issue of 2016 had a piece about negotiating contracts and I think bonuses are discussed therein.
