ADN vs. BSN vs. MN

Hi! I'm new here. I am currently taking prerequisites for nursing. I have my bachelor's degree in communication, and I am considering a BSN accelerated track at Ursuline College, or possibly Kent State or Cleveland State. I am also considering a program at Case Western who has a "graduate entry" program for people who have undergraduate degrees in other areas. With that program you end up with a Master's of Nursing (MN) to be eligible for your RN and then you can go on automatically to get your MSN if you want. The reason I'm not really considering an associated degree is because I do want to go on to get an MSN some day. I guess my question is, does it matter what degree I do to get a job as an RN? Would I get paid any more or be more likely to get a job with either degree. Particularly between the BSN at Ursuline College vs. the MN degree at Case Western. I was wondering if there would be any advantage to getting the MN degree from Case Western just to be an RN (other than the fact that I would be automatically accepted into the MSN program).
