Hi- My husband and I are thinking of moving NC. Is it difficulty to get a job with and ADN? I have 8 years of experience. Thanks! 0 Likes

Caniac4ever Aug 31, 2014 In eastern NC I don't think you would have any trouble at all getting a job. I am sure most places would prefer a BSN over an ADN, but at this point, at least in this area, you shouldn't have a problem getting hired since you have the experience you do. Good luck! 0 Likes
SDALPN Specializes in Peds(PICU, NICU float), PDN, ICU. Aug 31, 2014 Its oversaturated with nurses here. The schools are spitting them out left and right. There's work, but mostly the stuff nobody wants or the low paying jobs. Not trying to discourage you, just saying it like it is. Many places, you need to know someone to get in. 0 Likes
