Does anybody know what the ADN admissions rate is at Montgomery College in Maryland? The site says they accept 104 students every semester, but out of how many applicants? I am super worried about not being accepted for the Fall 2013 semester. I applied a few weeks ago but am an out-of-state student. I have a Bachelor's degree in a non-science with a 3.3 GPA, and have completed Anatomy & Physiology I, as well as Statistics, and am enrolled in Pharmacology, Microbiology, A&P2, Intro to Psych and Medcial Terminology which will be done before the fall, but were not part of my application submission. On the TEAS, I scored 92% for reading, 90% for math, and 70% for english/grammar (I forget the exact subject titles). I am SO worried about my admissions prospects! Can anyone give me some insight??

I am currently in my first semester at MC and got in with a 74% TEAS score. Check the nursing webpage for minimum requirements. All of my prereqs were done. I think they rank you on how many prereqs you've completed (first priority) then your TEAS overall score which has to be atleast 66% and atleast 70% Reading. They do not rank based on GPA. I never went to an information session but you may be able to find that info somewhere on this site. In the information sessions they tell you roughly how many applicants they get (I've heard). There were a couple people who were on the wait list that got in because people did not show up for orientation. Goodluck. The program is awesome so far!

I was told by the admissions office that acceptance letters wouldn't be sent out till May 31st, but a few people on this thread... https://allnurses.com/maryland-state-nursing/montgomery-college-fall-825443-page2.html ...said they just them in the mail. If you are waiting to hear, make sure you have someone home the next few days to sign for the package. UGH, Im so nervous. Good luck everyone.
(My GPA and TEA scores were way above the min but I am worried because I have every non-nursing course done besides the second english. I will be so upset if I don't get in just because of that!)
