Admission/Acceptance to Georgia Regents/Georgia Health Sciences

Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!

If you had your vaccines at the health dept they will have your records.

I'm planning on going to the health department for my titers. Hoping to reach someone on the phone tomorrow to find out when I can come in or if it will just be walk in. I also asked my dad to look for my shot records.

I plan on doing the same. Especially since they already have my shot records.

I also have been accepted and for the health department to do them the titers are 16 a piece and HIV 1/2 screen is 10 plus you have to make an appointment for the HIV screen so there is an 18 dollar fee for that as well hope this helps.

My status still has not changed. I turned all of my stuff in around March 10th so maybe it is because it was later than yalls? But I am starting to get nervous.

Mine still hasn't changed and I turned all my stuff in on the day the application opened (Feb 15). So freaking tired of this game.

Has anyone received their net Id and if so how long did it take after they received your deposit? Also does anyone know a round about date for classes to start?

After I sent in my deposit the only thing they sent was a reminder about the immunizations, and the student checklist. Nothing with NetID yet or where to buy scrubs, etc. That was what I was hoping for. I guess it took about a week after they received my deposit before I got this information.

I believe classes start around Aug. 11... or maybe the 5th.

Thank you for the help hopefully they will get things rolling soon because we don't have a whole lot if time especially compared to previous years and that's without the consolidation.

Also did you go on the checklist and click on the pulse point and scroll down where it tells you to search your name? That is how you set up your account based on what it says.

I tried but my name was not on the list. However, after reading the content above those instructions it sounds like your name will not appear until you send in verification of lawful presence and tuition classification. So I went ahead and scanned that in and emailed them to the school.

I am eager to get the ball rolling too! Are you Athens or Augusta?

I got my acceptance letter today! My status isn't change as of Friday but I got it today to the main campus!! Woo hoo!!
