Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!
HELLPPPPPPP
When I called the other day, it didn't make sense at the time, but the woman said that there won't be any waiting lists this year for Athens and that some people who put only Athens will get offered Augusta is they are not in the pull for Athens. Like I said though, this is different from anything I have heard before so that is why I have not posted it on here but now it seems to maybe be true? I would call and see if someone else can clarify it for you!
That's awkward though. If they were one of the firsts to have decisions made on their applications, they should've got their campus preference. I'm so confused by it all.
Hi everyone, I got my acceptance letter today as well!! I'm so excited to meet some of you! Has anyone signed up for the CPR course yet?
Congratulations. I hope you signed up for one in May. They said it was better to sign up for May or June classes so that you didn't have to worry about recertification while taking classes or clinical.
I never checked it in time before the site went down. So I am truly in the dark.
I don't know if the GHSU side is going on spring break with the ASU side, but after the website maintenance, it's spring break for Augusta. :-/
Well nevermind. They have sb from the 8-12, which is a first. It's usually the first week in April.
I got an email from admissions today saying if I haven't received my letter I will soon and to cross out that it starts in Summer 2013 and put Fall 2013 instead before sending it back. it doesn't spell out that it's an acceptance but I'm fairly certain the first batch of letters were acceptance letters and this email sort of confirms that?

I only applied to the Athens campus. I hope if some got their letters today then maybe mine will be here tomorrow. Mine definitely changed to decision made before the site went down.
