Adding RN Licensure to Resume?

Just out of curiosity, how will I add RN to my Resume?

On my name section I added RN after my name. But under my Licensure section should I put:

Registered Nurse Michigan Board of Nursing

I didnt know if that was correct or not.

What have you guys all put on your resume?

I put "Illinois RN license #xxxxxxxx."
