Hey folks...
Happy New Year to all!
With this New Year comes a new job. I accepted a position at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Cornell). The interview process took several months but I was finally offered a pediatric position at this GREAT hospital. I am extremely excited to get started.
I do have a dilemma. I've heard nightmares about the pre-employment pharmacology exam sponsored by the NLN.
I am reviewing old textbooks and made up some medication flashcards but still feel somewhat overwhelmed.
Are there any nurses out there who have taken this exam recently? If so, I would appreciate any feedback.
NOTE: I am aware of the old threads about this subject. (OLD THREADS).
Thanks again for your time.

They offered you a position pending the pharm exam?
Yes they did. When I applied several years ago, I took the pharm exam prior to interviewing with anyone. I guess things have changed a bit.
Bump...

Congratulations Ari on the job offer. I think that the best thing to do in addition to your studying is to not overthink the questions, and have faith in your abilities. You have made it this far already, so now is not the time to doubt yourself. Best of Luck on your Pharm Exam!
I appreciate your kind words MsQueensRN!
