Hello nursing students,
I had a general question about the Abington Memorial Dixon School of Nursing. I know that they look at everything (transcripts, recommendation letters, GPA, etc.) But how heavy do they weigh in on the TEAS? I am going to take it quite soon. Were any of you accepted with low TEAS scores but everything else was pretty good like prerequisite classes and GPA?
Also, after you take the exam, do they contact you for an interview or do you have to call them first?
Thanks for addressing my questions! :)

Hi Jessica92. Did you take your TEAS yet? I just took mine at DSON last Friday. When are you applying and for days or evening program?
Hi Kristen2818. I am going to take my TEAS in 2 months. Also, I'm applying for the day program.
Also, I'm applying for Fall 2015.
Good luck. I didn't get an overall of 75 for early decision so I guess I have to wait until March for my letter now. Finger's crossed. Good luck to you. The test actually wasn't all that bad just long :-)
Thank you! And good luck to you as well. I called the admissions office and the woman behind the desk informed me that they look at everything (GPA, recommendation letters, etc.)
