A nursing care abbrviation

I found this phrase in some online notes about care for patients with Addison's disease, and repeated for patients with Cushing's disease:

Importance of ffup care"

It is probably so obvious, simple, and trivial; and maybe that is why I can't find any definition/description of ffup. Does anyone here recognize it?
