:p

I have an 87 which I can easily bring up to an A. :)

I am not totally positive where my grade stands. This week will tell though. My first test I only missed 2 (95%) and the second I haven't gotten back yet, but I should have done at least that well. That being said, I have my bones test on Monday and my departmental midterm on Wednesday of this coming week. That will give me a better idea of where I will stand for the rest of the semester.

So far I'm doing great! I just have to keep it up until December!:specs:

It's hard to compete with a 110% average. Way to go!

We don't get extra credit, so I'm pretty happy with my 96 average, though. :D

Just have to hang in there until December! Come on December! LOL

Well, I don't know what my exact average is but I would say between 96 and 98.

Either way it's definitely a high A.

We also do not have opportunities for extra credit.

I'm hanging on to an A by the skin of my teeth at 92%. I have a 97% in lecture but my lab grade brings me down a bit. I had to miss a lab when my sister was rushed to the ER to have an emergency C-section 6 weeks early and it hurt my average since I basically had to take two 0's for lab reports (the one we were suposed to turn in that night and the one we did that night). *sigh* Oh well, as long as its an A! I wish we had the opportunity for extra credit!

I just checked with my instructor on Saturday my grade right now is a 84. We have a test on Saturday on the skeletal system, but I feel pretty overwhelmed right now. I just don't know the right system to use for studying. I like flash cards, but by the time I had finished bone tissue and half the axial skeleton I had more than 200, and still had to do appendicular and articulations chapters that just seemed unrealistic. Anywho, I haven't given up on my A Just yet.

Congrats to the rest of you.

i am waiting for the grades to be posted... the first test i got a D which was a high grade... this guy makes our test harder than his research class at temple.... hopefully i get a B by the end of the class...

Hey 2bJoshrn9788 where do you live? can I borrow some of your neurons? lol:chuckle Great Job! How do you study really. How many hours a day do you study?

Well its apples and oranges for everyone with different schools and instructors. I've got a good instructor that knows how to lay it on us good, but sequences subjects/assignments/quizzes/exams to where it helps us learn everything we need to as painlessly as possible. Pass rate is 50/50 bi modally distributed class(es).

Depending on what I did on Bones Practical 2, I've got a little over 100 w/extra credit, and about a 97 without (so far). I hate the practicals! Hope I did well enough to hold top 2 or 3 positions, but that does not matter too much. Some are LPN's and some don't work full time. Everybody is a totally different set of rules, so you cannot compare anyone reliably.

All you can do is go hard and smart as you can on 4 hours/night sleep, do your vitamins/herbs, and say your prayers. Because you beat someone else does not mean anything, unless you are competing for the same program. And that just means that was not the intended path for you if you did not make it. It does not mean you are any less worth, but the particular criteria is just a mechanical filtering mechanism to eliminate bias.

Well, I've got to hurry to get my 4.5 hrs sleep before work tonight
