WOCN standardized procedures... do you have one?

by nrsklly

Since our hospital is developing a wound care team and recently hired a WOCN, does anyone have any standardized procedures for the WOCN they can share? Is it required we even have one? This nurse is a board certified WOCN and has BSN, not an NP and we already have P&P for standard wound care assessment/tx/documentation.
Anything will help! Thank you!
