WOC Nursing in Europe

Hello,
I'm a CWOCN in the USA and would like to live in Europe, specifically France or Italy. Does anyone know if our certification is accepted in the EU? I realize that each country has requirements regarding nursing licenses, but was specifically wondering if anyone's had experience working as a WOCN specialist in Europe, whether it's direct patient care or in industry. Language and citizenship are not issues since I'm already a dual Italian-American citizen and speak French and Italian in addition to English. Thanks for any input anyone might have.
