by tcdtx Feb 26, '06I graduated in December with my ADN. I am finishing up my basics this semester so I can get into a BSN program hopefully next semester. The school that I am considering also has an ADN-MSN program.
My long-range goal is to get my CWOCN so I can be an ET nurse. I think it would look good on my resume if I had a MSN in Nursing Education, plus I might consider teaching further down the line. I want to get all my schooling out of the way while I am "unattached." On the other hand, I'm wondering if an MSN would "overqualify" me and make it difficult to find an ET nurse job.
Any advice from a CWOCN would be much appreciated!
