Other jobs for a CWOCN

I have a relative who is a CWOCN and is VERY burned out. She works in an inpatient setting, rotates among hospitals and is not happy.

Having no background in this specialty - can you think of some other things she could do with this cert and background? BTW- she is very good at what she does, so it is not that at all - it is the 'soft skills' perhaps that she struggles with.
