Need help with a wound protocol...

Hi,
I just got a job at a specialty hospital. They are a new hospital with a rehab and skilled side. They want me to come up with a wound protocol because I used to work at a wound clinic.

Can you all tell me where I could find a basic wound protocol for all types of wounds, good photos of wounds, and current best practice including labs most commonly drawn if pt's have wounds.
