Documenting wound care experience

Hello, everyone! I have been a LPN for almost 2 yrs-outpatient mostly. However, I am graduating with my ASN this May. I hope to start working inpatient while working on my BSN online. My question is, how do I go about documenting 2 years worth of wound care experience, necessary to become wound certified? Do I need to start my own journal of dates, types of wounds, etc? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
