    anyone know a site i can go on? i want to leave instructions in a chart or book of procedures for other nurses to use as a guide but cant find any.

    oh, and has anybody used betadine sol to irrigate a foley? i have never heard of it and dont like using it b/c how am i going to see clots,etc? its so dark to see anything through.
