what are the steps that i should take to be a nurse in dubai?

im now here in dubai, i was told to get MOH but then as i read threads here, MOH is for 5 other emirates. now i know i need to take DOH cab anyone tell me the steps i should take? my papers are not authenticated from the philippines yet, I didnt know it should be in red ribon, or is it necessary? how long is the process of getting the license? and getting a job, im just so confused reading all different experiences. please help me.
