US OR Nurse wants to work in Spain

Hi all - I'm an Operating Room nurse with a year's experience here in the states, and I've always dreamed of living and working abroad, preferably in Spain! I'll be honest, researching this topic is daunting at best... Does anyone have insight as to how I can do this? Perhaps as a civilian working for the military? Or other ideas?...

Any advice would be much appreciated!!
