I want to ask of some hospitals in Saudi employ nurses without clinical experience? Like a fresh graduate?
I think you will find they much prefer nurses with experience. I know from what I have seen advertised in the UK they always ask for over 12 months experience

I just wonder if they hire nurse anesthetists as well?

Way back they did hire NA as perfusionists.
Update on the previous salary projection though. Current Staff nurse salary equals 2700 euro/ 3900 USD per month. Information from Professional Connections - agency operating from Europe.

What about the language? What language does everyone speak? I mean if you speak English do the patients speak English? How can you communicate with your patient if they don't speak English?

Majority of the Saudi's don't speak English and once you're there you need to learn to speak arabic which I think you'll find it easy when you start commmunicating with them. Personally I don't think it's a difficult language/or dialect to learn. In a month's time you will be able to speak simple and short sentences.

My friend and her husband went to the KSA Embassy here in the Philippines just last December. The person in charge said they need 2000 nurses with or without prior experience. But they do not accept male nurses anymore. Darn.

I have another question. I need help from you guys.
This is about the sponsorship of US visa by some private hospitals.
If they sponsor a visa for you, what does it mean?
It depends upon which hospital in Saudi Arabia and still is male nurses are needed. As far as I am aware there are also lots of hospitals that will hire even without experience.

Forget US for now if you are newly grad and or just passed your NLE and can't find any nurses jobs in RP then Saudi Arabia is good starting place to gain valuable experience and you could still continue your US applications while you're there. Good luck.
As I understand the pay rate also depends on the country of citizenship.
Nurses with US/Canadian/UK citizenship get paid much better then their colleagues from developing countries. So my question is what is the pay rate for nurses from developing (or so-called 3rd world) countries?
What are the working conditions/staffing ratios?

Hi,
I worked for a total of 20 years in the Middle East, 6 in the Sultanate of Oman, and had a great time. Keep an open mind, obey the laws and you will have a fantastic time. I'd love to do it all over again.
