    most of the job vacancies in Germany are listed on the official website of the "Agentur für Arbeit"

    interesting and up-to-date jobs aren`t listed at the official website of the "
    Agentur fuer Arbeit".
    Go to the hospitals website and search for listings under category
    "Stellenangebote".
    That was my way to search for jobs or contact nursing manager directly with your unsolicited application.
    Hospitals can be found at Übersicht der deutschen Kliniken und Krankenhäuser nach PLZ Deutschland Germany
    For Hamburg I would search the website of UKE (Universitaetsklinikum
