Finding a job in Abu Dhabi

hi guys,

i would like to know if anyone has an idea of what chances there are of going to abu dhabi for a visit visa then from that apply for a job in the hospitals with of course a haad licensed already. do you think this option would give me a higher chance of being employed not to mention i dont have any experience as a paid staff nurse in my country. im also a registered nurse in my place.
