CWOCN in Italy or France

I'm a Certified Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse in the US. I'd like to live in either France or Italy. I already have dual Italian American citizenship so working in the EU is not an issue, and I speak both languages. I'm looking for other WOCNs or ET nurses who work in these countries to see what type of positions might be available. Also, the RN equivalency is an issue in France more than Italy, I think, but that's not my concern right now. I'm more curious as to what kind of job roles are available for wound or ET specialists.
