hi mickey22.i just want to ask some question to your Aunt.i just want to know some policy of the hospital.
if for example you want to go outside,is there any number system code before you go out?and also for example
i have a friend who wants to visit me in the hospital,is it ok if she can sleep over in the accommodation during weekends (wednesday and thursday)?can i know your Aunt's email address so i can ask her some other question?thank you so much.it will be a big help. - May 31, '11 by mickey22Quote from ghelle20Hello I talked to my aunt just this evening. Fortunately, I was able to ask all your questions, except for the number system code, which I forgot! sorry! Anyways, she said that of all places in KSA, Riyadh is the most strict and it's applicable to all kinds of institution there, including hospitals. The policy of this hospital is not that strict or rather, not that scary strict; however, it is, according to her, just enough to keep you safe. There is a scheduled trip 3 times a week for going out, if you wanna go shopping, groceries and stuffs, send money home, you'll be given enough time to do this all. However, if there will come a time that you really need to go out, and there is no scheduled trip for that day, you will have to write a letter asking for permission to leave, why you will leave, what time are you leaving and what time are you coming back..., and have the accommodation matron sign it, then leave ur ID, (hospital ID, not the iqama) to the guard, and he will note what time you left, and will also note, what time you should return. So if you did not arrive on time, be ready for the consequences, which she did not elaborate at all. and As for your question if someone can spend overnight in your room during their weekends (Thurs and Fri), she said, just like other hospitals, it is a big NO-NO. Outsiders are not allowed to stay overnight in the accommodations. For my aunt's email add, forgive me but I can't give it, really. But I hope that I somehow answered all your queries.. Godbless us!for mickey22

regarding this scheduled trips.. is it okay not to go with the bus if they're going home?
for example, i will go home using taxi. i will go home late. is it okay?

regarding this.. are employees not allowed to go out during they're off (Thursday and Friday)?is it okay to go outside in the morning and come back in the evening?for example, i will go in my friends place and spend the some time there.and i will go home in the evening with the taxi.
and if you will go out during off days, you have to leave your id and they will give you a number?
im sorry if i have many questions.. i just want informations regarding the hospital.
thanks a lot. god bless.

nope, i went to bartolome clinic to give my dental cert, but the guy in the ff up office, i think it's in the 5th flr, he told me that they don't need it, and that i'm already fit to work.,he just write "FIT" on my form., and that i should inform my agency, but i think they already informed and give the list to the agency. because some of the applicants who have a problem was already called by arjoys.
