  1. 0 I need help finding out information. I graduated from a ADN program in Kansas in 2009. I have applied and taken my boards for a Kansas license twice (unsuccessfully passing). I am now planning to move to Wisconsin in the near future. I would like to apply to the Wisconsin board of nursing to take NCLEX. Is there any time limit from the time you completed school to when you take nclex? In Kansas if its been it's 2 years post graduation you have to petition the board to take NCLEX again. I looked all over the website and found nothing to that affect. I emailed the board and was just sent links for application for intial license.

I would contact the Department of safety and Professional Services (Department of Safety and Professional Services) and ask them.
