lack of response from contact manger

Hi guys:

Any advice as to how to get the contact manger to respond to questions, advice etc? I have had no responses from said person. Also my final decision stated I may email the contact manager, but no email was listed. I received the email I use from the W.N.A. I had read a posting to send certified letters to the board. Including the Secretary to get them moving. This seems extreme and leads to the thought of back lash from people in the board. Would it be beneficial to go there personally? Also any other nurses going through disciplinary action by the board please feel free to pm me.
