What is your opinion of the nursing program at Bryant & Stratton? I took the TEAS Test and have been accepted. I'm a little concerned because although they are an accredited program with the state of WI, they are not nationally accredited yet. I would love to work at Froedtert after becoming an RN and am not sure if I would have any trouble getting into there. One thing appealing about B & S is the no wait list vs. MATC. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Look twice before you leap. Ask Froedtert whether they will accept a ADN prepared RN. Many hospitals want BSN prepared. If not, UWM would be your better choice. Inquire about teachers degrees, ask graduates of the program or the present students. You can go to Both the campus and ask the last semester students. Inquire if there are any PhD teachers in the school and how many? Education should not only be quick but also quality. Hope this helps.
