UW Oshkosh Acclerated Online October Cohort Applicants?

have you had your's bueelle. hope it went well. we are 3 weeks in and finishing our first class tomorrow. i will say this...... I had heard mixed reports about how intense it is......im going with its quite intense. but doable.

Yup I agree. I am in the May 2009 Cohort also and I am finishing up the first three week class and I am doing great! If you can read and comprehend at a fast pace, you will do just fine. Make sure to get the reading done early and spend the rest reviewing. I think it will he fast but wayyy doable. Though if you hate reading, not a program to go into!

I have my phone interview the first week of June....I'm wondering if that's a good sign? Any heads up for the phone interview?

???? i think its a normal sign? they have 120 applicants and a time consuming process so i don't think there is any 'clue' when your interview is as to whether they are seriously considering you are not. My best advice is to know the info they send you , be confident , and be prepared for the awkwardness of not getting visual feedback for your answers. good luck!! the

I'm sorry you didn't get into the program. Was that for Oct 2009? My cousin is still waiting to hear back from them. She had her phone interview on June 5 and they said they would email people by June 30th. I didn't know they gave decisons already.

I don't know what they are accepting now but my cohort (the May 08-09) had 27 people accepted initially and we graduated with 28 because we had one join us half way through from a previous cohort.

Oh, and I believe that rn2bnwi did get in and is currently doing the program for the May 09-10, at least that's the impression that I got when she said it was intense but doable...

To those of you in it now, keep trucking, it will be over before you know it!

Hello I am very pleased to meet with you. I applied also and I am waiting to hear back too. I am very confident about my phone interview and felt that it went well. I am excited also, this program seems ideal. I read that some people got responses already since June 12th, this makes me nervous. Should I be? I pray that I am in. How did your phone interview go?

Yes I had my phone interview June 5th. I am simply waiting for a response. I am very anxious and excited.

Good luck to both of you on getting into the program!! I plan on applying next fall. I'm curious to know how competative it's getting to get into. I heard the average GPA is around 3.6 and they like NA experience. Does anyone know how comp. it is getting?
