anyone having trouble getting reinstated

My RN was suspended for 2 yrs cause I fought charges that were untrue. Now they want me to pay almost $10,000.00 and see a psych in MN. An inmate got hold of my number and they are using that as fratrinization and sexual misconduct. I was never alone with any inmate they just skipped over that part when I asked how this could have happened when guards are there all the time. I can't afford the money and am not insane. If I had known then what I know now I would have taken a plea and be working already but I could not admit to things I did not do and felt if I tell the truth I would be vindicated. Please help

reinstated. I am a good nurse I was never given my rights. I did not know I could get an attorney although I was told by the Dr they suggested I see that if I had an attorney they would have been harder on me. I was never explained the deal. I was never told I would have to pay back fees to procecute me. I was not invited to the trial. So I never got to give my case in person, I explained all of this on my appeal. When I appealed I was sent a letter back withing a few days which shows me they never looked at my case. I need advise.

We cannot give legal advice here. Your best bet is to talk to an attorney experienced in this area. Best wishes.
