    NeuroICURN,

How did you like WV Northern's nursing program? Which branch did you attend?
I am going to be attending the campus and I am curious to know.

It was an EXCELLENT program. The instructors were tough, but it was worth it in the end. If you go to Weirton, be prepared to work hard!!

I attended at Weirton and it was definately better than Wheeling's. I could see at the board's review class that we were WAY better prepared and our pass rate was higher than the other campuses.

Let me know where you're going!

    NeuroICURN,

I am attending the Weirton Campus in the fall. I don't know if I will stay. I just moved to Ohio and was maybe going to attend YSU starting in the spring. I think it would be about the same cost either way. I would like to get a bachelors and go on in the long run but maybe I will get my associates and then let a hospital reimburse my education to go on. Thanks for letting me know how you liked it.

Hello and Welcome. How did you find the program at WVU?

Barefootlady, WVU is a wonderful school. I would recommend it to anyone. During my MSN program I not only learned about nursing but I learned to write. This has served me well over the years.

My professors were the best. Dr. Mona Counts, C-FNP; Sr. Dr. Barbara Kupcheck; and Dr. Mary Jane Smith are the best. I believe Mona is now in private practice but Dr. Smith and Dr. Kupcheck are still with the program.
