LPN Pay in Charleston

I currently work in a busy ER in Charleston. Right now the starting pay for a new grad LPN is $11.00/hr. I have been in the ER for 3 years now and my current pay is $11.99 (after 3 seperate evaluations and pay raises).................

Charleston doesnt really pay much, about average, but the city has the experience if your looking for new technology (not saying that other facilities do not have the technology). I am happy where I am , but would prefere to have a little better pay.

I hear that Huntington is paying well, but the job market is EXTREMELY limited for LPNS there.
