I can understand your confusion. Sounds like they need help and since your license is in good standing, you have experience, and showed up for the interview, they are at least willing to give you part time work until other papers clear. So, what is your opinion? Are you going to go to work for them if they offer you a job? What unit did you apply to work? Come on, give some more info. Anyway, I hope you are having a good weekend.

Sure they will have you and feel lucky to get you. So, did the license thing get worked out? Are you going to be an LPN or an RN there?
With the price of gas, it is almost necessary to rent a place if you drive over 10 miles, which of course most of us do here in these hills.
Keep us posted and let us know how you like it. How much notice will you be required to give? Any chance of working extra at the state facility? Or have you had enough of the crazy people? Good luck .

I am not too sure what medical skills you can pick up on the LTC unit in the long term, but you can always transfer within the facility to other positions for more indepths skills. It is a great opportunity anyway. I am sure the money is good, someone said they pay something like a 20% Sunday differential. Good money. Anyway good luck.
